How long before my event do I need to place my order?
For wedding invitations, a good rule of thumb is 4-5 months prior to your wedding date. For other events e.g. Birthdays and Christenings please allow 5-6 weeks.

I need my order quickly! Can you do rush orders?
Yes of course, sometimes time can get the better of us, please contact us to discuss. Depending on the type of invitation required and the timeframe needed, there may be a ‘rush order fee’.

How do I obtain a quote?
Let us know which design and the quantities you require and we will email you a quote. For modified or custom designed stationery, we can discuss your basic needs such as quantities, colours, and the design or theme you have in mind and we will provide a quote within 5 working days. Please contact us for a consultation in person, by phone or by email.

How do I place an order and what happens next?
Please provide us with your quote number and a non-refundable 30% deposit, required to process and stock your order. We will then email you a couple of documents for you to complete requesting basic wedding/event day details.

How many invitations should I order?
We recommend at least 5-10 extra invitations are ordered on top of your original total, as we find that many clients usually add to their guest lists. When working out your invite numbers, keep in mind that there is one invitation per couple or family. Also don’t forget one for yourselves! Couples often forget to include themselves in the number so you can retain a set as a keepsake.

When should ‘event day’ stationery (e.g. place cards, menus, table numbers, etc) be ordered?
These can all be ordered at the same time as the invitations.  If your invitations are being custom designed, these can be added to your order once the invitation design is locked in.

When should I post/hand out my invitations?
For weddings, invitations should usually be mailed 8 weeks before your wedding date. If you are having a ‘destination wedding’ (e.g. overseas), you should post/hand them out 10-12 weeks before to allow your guests time to arrange their travel plans. For other events, it can be whenever it suits you.

Are stamps or postage costs to send out my invitations included?
No, your postage costs to send your invitations are not included in our price. We advise that you visit Australia Post at or visit your local Aus Post shop for up to date pricing.

Can you print invitations in other languages?

Of course, you will just need to supply the correct wording and format for your invitations in the language you require and we will send you a proof.

When should my RSVP date be?
For weddings, your RSVP cards should be returned to you at least 4-5 weeks before the wedding day.

Do you offer samples?
Yes, during the design process we provide you with detailed PDF mock-ups for your comment and approval.

Can guest names be printed on invitations?
Yes, of course. We will even provide you with a guest list template for collating your guest information.

Can I make modifications to pre-designed stationery?

Yes, of course. We can customize our pre-designed stationery to your individual needs.

What is your minimum order?
For weddings we have a minimum of 20 invitations and 10 for all other events.

Can I collect my order or what are your delivery options?

We are located in Sydney and you are welcome to pick up your order. Please contact us to arrange a time. We offer free delivery within the inner Sydney area (map), or outer Sydney metro area for a small fee.
Alternatively, we offer several post and courier options for prompt and affordable delivery Australia wide.  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.

Can I cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how far into production your invitations are, there may be a charge incurred to cover our costs.
